Yes you can return or exchange an order, however you will be responsible for applicable shipping charges.
Before sending back any returns, please contact us by email at team@canadiantothecore.com. You can use the box to your right to send a message.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We currently do not have any physical stores at this time and are strictly online.

You will receive your package in 5-7 business days after fulfillment within the USA and Canada. International shipments will take 5-20 business days after fulfillment. European shipments will take 5-20 business days after fulfillment as well.
Business days are typically Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
